One of the largest and most upscale developments south of Interstate 20 got a unanimous approval Tuesday night from the Coweta County Commission.
McIntosh Village will feature more than 3,100 homes and 600,000 sq.ft of retail space on McIntosh Trail in eastern Coweta County. The huge development will border Peachtree City and the County Commission imposed 42 conditions on developer Tom Reese.
