I suggest that you do some research before printing articles such as the one on palm oil in the March 21, 2007 edition of The Citizen.
This information apparently came from the American Restaurant Association, and not any medical service.
I believe most cardiologists advise their patients to avoid coconut, coconut oil, palm oil and any of its derivatives.
At least ours does, and has for 20 years.
