The Northgate Viking Band Boosters held their first annual Benefit Motorcycle Ride on Saturday, June 10. The monies raised will go toward the purchase of new instruments. Event chairperson Tim Masdon said, “It was an exciting event and I truly look forward to the next one.” This fund raiser is an opportunity to get the extended community involved in bringing a lasting change to a young person’s life. The goal for the Northgate Viking Band Program is simple and is embodied in the slogan they have chosen for themselves and their program “Nothing less than the best.” Pictured are Northgate bike riders Mike Manning and Kim Rountree.
