Everybody loves a parade. And barbecue. And pony rides. And everything that makes a spring festival fun. All this and more makes for a day of family fun May 20 at the Founders Day Parade and celebration in Palmetto. The parade was followed by music, food, games for the kids, more food, visits by neighbors and even more food. No wonder so many people come for this event.
