The First Annual CEC Fall Car Show will be held from 2-6:30 p.m. at the Central Educational Center in Newnan. The show is open to all classes of cars, trucks, and motorcycles; vehicle entry fee is $15. Registration begins at 2 p.m. Trophies will be awarded in the following divisions: Classic Antique, Truck, Motorcycle, Tuner, Best Presentation, Viewers' Choice, and Best of Show. Spectators will be admitted free and will be invited to cast a vote for the Viewers' Choice award. Concessions, including hot dogs and hamburgers, will be available. Show t-shirts will be on sale and there will be door prizes and live music. The show will be held in CEC's east parking lot, 160 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in Newnan. The event is sponsored by SkillsUSA students in the Graphic Communications program at CEC. Funds raised will be used on projects that benefit the local community.
