What's worse is that he acquires an arch enemy whose parents are good AND evil, or in other words, two different flavored lollipops. Meanwhile, Gwen, the student body president, has a crush on him and draws him away from his other girlfriend Layla.
What I liked about this movie is that it was written in comic book form (like a DC comic). Will he ever get superpowers? Is Gwen on to something? Will Layla ever get Will back?
What was annoying to me was that it had a plot twist and you didn't get to see who the 'bad guy' was until the very end. Girls will like this because it has some romantic moments. Boys will like this because it has lots of action violence and heroic moments. It is rated PG for action violence and some mild language. Not recommended for babies (AKA rugrats).
