New Playground at Kedron Rink Funded by Resurgens Orthopaedics
A new ADA compliant playground has been opened adjacent to the Kedron Multipurpose Rink. It was funded by a grant from the Resurgens Orthopaedics' Charitable Foundation, which donated $44,970 to have the Gametime play equipment purchased and installed.
The play equipment will serve as an "all abilities" playground for area residents, rink users and the general public. Equipment selection was coordinated with members of Peachtree City's All Children's Playground Committee.
The Resurgens group, which consists of about 80 surgeons, offered to fund the play park after their other successful playground ventures were completed at Hammond and D.L. Stanton parks in Atlanta.
