I liked this movie better than the original because it has Johnny Depp, who I had never seen before. (My sister had seen Pirates of the Caribbean and recommended him to me.) It has some spooky music and it's a lot darker. Also, I saw this in both IMAX and at Tinseltown. Tinseltown was best because IMAX had some serious "face space" issues. I give this movie 3 out of 5 stars. It is rated PG for quirky situations, action, and language.
