The Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers is a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors with nearly 7,000 members in North America.
Patterson has been in the Henry County area for 15 years and is now also brokering sales in South Fulton County for Durham Lakes Golf and Country Club, which like Eagle's Landing is a Killearn community. She is past president of the Metro South Association of Realtors, was the association's Realtor of the Year in 2003, and was recently appointed to the board of governors for the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). She also serves on the board of directors for the Henry Council for Quality Growth.
