The Tyrone office of Operation Mobilization, an international Christian mission agency, will open its worship center for a special week of prayer, May 16-20, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. This follows on the heels of the Global Day of Prayer which was observed Monday, May 15. The week-long focus at the OM center is prayer for the local community.
Local pastors and their churches' worship teams will lead sessions at various times each day.
On Friday, May 20, the worship and prayer will continue through the night until 6 a.m. Saturday. Churches and individuals are invited to come and join with others in praying for the community.
The OM office and worship center is at 285 Lynnwood Ave. in Tyrone. For more information, call Graham Wells at 770-631-0432.
