Peterson signs with CCSU
Allie Peterson, a graduating senior from Fayette County High School, sgned a letter of intent to attend and play soccer for Clayton College and State University. Peterson, who played varsity all four years at Fayette County High School, was the captain for the Lady Tigers and was their leading scorer this season.
"I wish I had 11 players just like her," said Lady Tigers head coach Ben Thacker. "She knows how to play and plays physical. We'll miss her a lot and the Clayton College and State University is getting a great player and student."
Peterson plans on majoring in biology and is interested in entering the medical field.
