This year, participating schools have the opportunity to earn prize money thanks to financial incentives offered by the Peachtree City Running Club. The school with the highest percentage of their students participating will be awarded $500 for their school running program. The second-place team will win $450, third place $400, fourth place $350, and fifth place $300. All others with at least five percent of students participating will receive $250. A total of $4,000 is being made available by the PTC Running Club to promote both existing and new running programs in Fayette County elementary schools this year.
