AAA, considered a silent killer because most people do not have symptoms upon diagnosis, is a bulge or "ballooning" that forms in the wall of the abdominal aorta. This bulge weakens the wall and can lead to a serious complication referred to as "rupture." Risk factors for AAA include smoking, high blood pressure, a family history of AAA and cardiovascular or pulmonary disease. It is especially critical for men over 60 and women over 65 to get screened.

Appointments are required and scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Call 1-877-792-8489 to schedule an appointment.
