The Gables is also the site of a Transplant House, which is a Redwood plan, and the builder has already started this project. The purposes of the Transplant House are to help fund important GTF programs and to encourage organ donation. The Transplant House project is carried out each year by Brayson Homes with the understanding that when a home is sold, 100 percent of the profits support the Georgia Transplant Foundation.
