The Alpha course, which was developed at Holy Trinity Church Brompton in London, England, offers answers to many of the "great' questions of life and is taught in various denominations worldwide.
Some prominent Christian leaders who have endorsed the course include Desmond Tutu, Bill Bright, Rick Warren, Charles Colson, J.I. Packer and Tony Campolo.
The upcoming course at Christ the King is free and provides an evening meal and child care at no charge for each of the ten weekly sessions. Priority is given to those who are not currently attending any church.
Interested persons may sign up for the September course by calling 770-252-2428.
