Missing Peachtree City child found safe
A Peachtree City couple are breathing a sigh of relief after their 3-year-old son who vanished from their home was found safe and sound.
Marte Havel, 43, of Loring Lane, called Peachtree City police about 5 p.m. March 13 to file a missing person's report regarding her son, Zachary.
Police responded to the home and learned the child had been found.
Havel told police the child managed to escaped from the garage through the doggie door, but added he was found a short while later.
The toddler appeared to be in good health upon his return, police said.
