Carrabba's opening to benefit Christian City
Peachtree City's newest restaurant, Carrabba's Italian Grill, will open its doors Monday, and half of its sales will be donated to Christian City.
The restaurant, located in the Westpark Walk shopping center, will be open from 4-10:30 p.m., and more than 2,000 supporters of Christian City have been invited to attend.
This year, Christian City celebrated its 40th anniversary of providing services to children and senior adults from the local area. Staff and volunteers will be on hand Monday to provide information and answer questions about the various ministries.
Christian City helps more than 1,100 people in its Home for Children, Convalescent Center, Alzheimer's Care, Sparks Inn Assisted Living/Personal Care Facility and Independent Retirement Homes and Apartments.
