The first phase sold out in less than a month, Bernstein said, with presales for the entire community that have approached 45 percent.
"We are encouraging anyone and everyone interested in this type of lifestyle to seek out our community soon. A price increase is scheduled for the mid-February," Bernstein said.
"The response has been tremendous. We couldn't be happier," he added. "And, we need to accelerate our building schedule. We have 26 families ready to move in."
Upcoming events include a potluck dinner Jan. 20, a Valentine's Day dinner Feb. 17, and a St. Patrick's Day party March 17, all from 5-7 p.m. Bring your favorite side or dessert to share if you want and visit this new community. Everyone is welcome.
