The Gables is also the site of a Transplant House, and the builder has already started this project. The purpose of the Transplant House is twofold: to help fund important GTF programs and to encourage organ donation. The Transplant House project is carried out each year by Brayson homes with the understanding that when a home is sold, 100 percent of the profits support the Georgia Transplant Foundation.
