SummerGrove sales heating up

What started in 1998 as a little master-planned community nestled in the heart of historic Newnan has blossomed into one of Atlanta's best-selling communities. In fact, since its inception, SummerGrove has had over 1,300 home sales and just in 2004 has exceeded 260 sales.

Peggy Sullivan, vice president of marketing for Pathway Communities, the developer of SummerGrove, believes the community is on pace to post record-breaking sales.
