Southern Conservation Trust is a Peachtree City-based nonprofit that owns and manages over 600 acres of environmentally sensitive land in Fayette County. As a regional land trust SCT also works with willing landowners to protect natural areas through conservation options that may provide tax advantages for the landowner.
