O'Charley's
sets Fayetteville opening for October 26
Good food and good times are coming to Fayetteville, Georgia with the October
26 opening of O'Charley's, which recently broke ground at 1350
Highway 85 North. Known for its varied menu with an emphasis on fresh preparation,
the casual dining chain has been popular with residents in nearly 220 communities
across the Southeast and Midwest for more than 20 years.
This new development, a smaller version of the already popular O'Charley's
building, will have 5,130 square feet with seating for 187 guests. This prototype,
the first of its kind for O'Charley's, has been developed to serve
smaller communities which O'Charley's has not been able to access
previously.
"The fresh food, diverse menu and neighborhood feel of our restaurants
make O'Charley's a great choice for any occasion," said Frank
Biller, vice president of operations for O'Charley's. "Our
casual, relaxed atmosphere is ideal for anything from a family outing to
a business lunch, while the variety in our menu appeals to everyone."
Steaks, ribs and prime rib have long been O'Charley's favorites.
O'Charley's choice beef is carefully selected, then aged three
to six weeks in O'Charley's meat lockers to allow flavor and tenderness
to reach their peak. A wide-selection of hand-trimmed cuts, including choice
sirloin, ribeye and filet mignon, are offered. Prime rib, an O'Charley's
