Jasmine will be competing, for her share of over $20,000.00

in scholarships, prizes, and specialty gifts that will be distributed

to contestants. Jasmine will be competing in the Miss Pre-Teen

division, one of three divisions that will have young ladies

between the ages of 10 and 19 competing in modeling routines

which include casual wear and formal wear. Most important, Jasmine

will display her personality and interviewing skills while interviewing

with this years' Atlanta judging panel. Personality is the

number one aspect that each contestant is judged on during all

phases of competition.

Jasmine is a 7th grade honor student at J.C. Booth Middle School

where she is a Jr. BETA Club member, the school chorus, and the

7th and 8th grade cheerleading squad. Jasmine has danced for

the last five years at the Peachtree City School of Dance under

the direction of Mrs. Kathy Senger alongside being a member of

Girl Scout Troop 74. Jasmine has also participated in large scale

events such as the 2003 Disney World Parade. Jasmine is also

a member of the Fayette County Jack and Jill Tween Group and

Flat Rock A.M.E Church.

If Jasmine were to win the title of Miss Pre-Teen Atlanta,

she would represent Atlanta and the surrounding communities at

the Cities of America National Competition that will take place

in Orlando, Florida. Over $60,000.00 in prizes and awards will

be presented at the National competition while each winner enjoys

this expense paid trip of five nights and six days in Orlando,

Florida.

There is no cost to Jasmine for participating in the pageant

competition. Community businesses, organizations, and private

individuals will assist Jasmine in participating in this year's

competition by becoming an official sponsor to her. Through sponsorship,

each contestant receives all the necessary training, rehearsals,

and financial support which allow Jasmine to become a very confident

and well-prepared contestant in this year's Atlanta Pageant.

Any business, organization, or private individual who may be

interested in becoming a sponsor to Jasmine may contact her pageant

coordinator, Patty Neidert at 1-800-569-2487 or Jasmine at 678-364-1261.
