This is the second in a summer series of variety music acts presented by
District 7 Commissioner William "Bill" Edwards and the Fulton County
Board of Commissioners to showcase "Good Things" in South Fulton.
Headliner Mike Rogers, a 30-year professional, has performed with musicians
from Wings, Kansas, Lynyrd Skynrd and Muscle Shoals Horns. His band has appeared
at Chastain Park, Lake Lanier Islands, Centennial Olympic Park and other
venues.
The Kitchen Band's members are Palmetto Neighborhood Senior Center
participants who play rhythms on egg beaters, washboards and other everyday
objects.
