"March was a successful month for us and we are excited to share our success with such a worthy cause," Evans said. "Our customers were pleased to know that a donation in their honor was going to support the abused or neglected children in our community."
Ross Berry, president of Fayette Youth Protection Homes Inc. said the organization was very appreciative of Evans' efforts.
"Gene Evans Ford's generous donation will help change children's lives," Berry said. "We couldn't operate without the generosity of organizations like Gene Evans Ford, its employees and customers."
