The injuries to all three children were determined to be non-life threatening, police said.
The force of the collision caused a chain-reaction that damaged three vehicles, said Police Chief James Murray.
Bradley's breathalyzer result was .159, almost twice the legal limit, according to the accident report.
Bradley, of 4635 Joy Springs, Franklin, was charged with DUI, three counts of endangering a child while DUI, failure to maintain lane, reckless driving and two counts of seat belt violations.
Bradley originally told officers that another vehicle pulled in front of her 1995 Chevy Cavalier, causing her to leave the roadway, but the investigation revealed that no such vehicle existed, according to the report.
