Smoke-free air must be the minimum safety standard. Then accommodating smoking safely, honestly and effectively can be offered in addition. But this time it will have to be honest and effective.
Please ask your legislators to support the next step, the Smoke-free Air Act 2004 (SB 507).
Time is running out. Please don't let SB 507 be lost or gutted in the remaining days of this session.
