Husband arrested for violating court order

Andrew Scott Ouzts, 28, is

charged with one felony count of aggravated stalking.

The warrant, which was sought

slammed her head against a wall after breaking into the back of the residence

Thursday afternoon. Ouzts then began to lead the victim to a back room,

but the assault was interrupted by a phone call, the warrant indicated.

Ouzts is being held without

bond at the Fayette County Jail.
