The award was established in
memory of Mr. J. L.�Christian, one�of�the 12 original board members of
the Metro South Board of Realtors. The award recipient is selected each
year by the board president for his or her contribution to the board and
for their assistance to the president during his/her term of office. The
recipient exemplifies the true Realtor spirit - someone who contributes
unselfishly to the real estate industry, his fellow Realtors and to the
community.
Upchurch said she felt very
honored to receive this award and that being a Realtor has been such a
