Gramm's marketing campaign for Creekview Heights' Home Show

in August of 2002 was featured for its originality, creativity and outstanding

lead results. A diverse range of media was used to publicize the event

that generated over 1.5 million in sales within one day.

The winners of the Professionalism Awards were announced at a Nov. 8

ceremony at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. Marketing promotions

must have been implemented between June 2002 and June 2003 and the company

must have provided services to Builders to have been eligible for the

award.

Gramm & Associates is a full-service real estate company licensed
