You are correct: if you live
in this city you will have conflicts, but none of the other city council
members draw their salary from a "city-controlled" agency.
All I am saying is the citizens
of PTC should not be told there are no conflicts, when in reality there
are and they could get bigger. You are misleading and tricking the citizens
of PTC to believe she is conflict-free by making the "Ruling: no
conflict for Rutherford" the headline.
