Keller Williams has enjoyed
phenomenal growth since coming to Georgia in 1999. The company now has
more than 1,100 agents statewide in 18 offices, resulting in $1.2 billion
in closings in 2002.
"One reason for our unprecedented
pace of growth is the fact that all our agents are partners in our business,"
said Uhl. "They all have a say in all decisions, they are empowered
to do whatever it takes to please the customer, and perhaps most unique
of all, they share in the profits of the business over and above their
real estate commissions."
Uhl has worked in real estate
for 20 years, starting in upstate New York, and working the last 14 years
in Georgia. For most of the last six years she was director of sales and
associate broker with Arbor Springs in Newnan. Uhl and her husband Jon
live in Peachtree City, and they have five children, ages 12-21.
Uhl is active in the community
as well as in her profession, and has served as an officer of the Newnan-Coweta
Board of Realtors. Customers and agents interested in more information
can contact the Keller Williams Market Center at 770-632-1112 or by visiting
