Eagle's Landing is located

at the intersection of I-75 and Eagle's Landing Parkway (Exit 224) in

Stockbridge. One of the largest and most successful private country club

developments in the metro Atlanta area, the community brings a distinctive

The developer of Eagle's Landing,

Killearn Properties, began developing communities in the Tallahassee,

Fla., area in 1964 with two 4,000-acre master planned communities, Killearn

Estates and Killearn Lakes Plantation, which includes Golden Eagle. Since

entering the Georgia market, the company has developed Eagle's Landing,

and current projects include Eagle's Brooke near Locust Grove, Waterfall

Country Club at Lake Burton, and Kingwood Resort in the North Georgia

mountains. In the planning stages is a golf community in Fulton County.
