land, lot sales, and new home sales. Marilyn Gramm founded the company

23 years ago as the Broker and began by pioneering the Southern Crescent

and surrounding Atlanta metro areas.

She partnered with her daughter,

Rhonda Gramm Gailey, in 1996. Gailey is now the vice president and qualifying

broker of Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Together, they manage

a large firm with a special interest in development. Marilyn focuses her

attention towards land acquisition and development; Rhonda not only is

the firm's broker, but also serves as the head of marketing and agent

training.
