43, who lists his occupation as a "project manager", qualified
Thursday and said he would challenge Tennant for the Post 2 seat. Kourajian,
a resident of The Estates, has lived in Peachtree City for 15 years.
Betsy Tyler, the city's public
information officer, said Thursday that if history holds true, more candidates
will likely come forward to qualify in the final hour Friday, taking advantage
of the dramatics.
But qualifying absolutely ends
at 4:30 p.m., she said.
The election is Tuesday, Nov.
