Fayetteville prayer walk will continue through Saturday
Fayetteville prayer
walk will continue through Saturday
Jon and Cindy
Watson are asking members of the community to join them this Saturday
morning to walk "through the land and pray, claiming it for the Lord."
The Watsons have been meeting others at 9 a.m. at the gazebo in Fayetteville
each Saturday during September, dividing the city into different sections
to pray until they have walked the length and breadth of the city.
The walk will
take 30 minutes to an hour to complete. All ages are invited.
The prayer
walk is based on a verse from Genesis: "Go, walk through the length
and breadth of the land, for I am giving it to you." (Genesis 13:17).
