Prism program
The Prism Weight
Loss Program is coming to Fayetteville First United Methodist Church in
August, and the community is invited to attend a free session to preview
the program Saturday, Aug. 23, at 9 a.m. in room C-260.
The Christian-oriented
program offers a low carbohydrate, balanced eating plan and features a
weekly video presentation along with group support and an emphasis on
changing negative thought patterns that lead to overeating.
The cost is
$45 for each 6-week session, and classes are offered both mornings and
evenings.
