James Barfield
James Barfield, 79, Tyrone, died July 24, 2003. He was born June 23, 1924 in Fulton County. Graveside services were at Sherwood Memorial Park, Jonesboro, with the Rev. Raymond Barfield officiating. Survivors include sons, John Rick Barfield, Tyrone, and Jimmy Barfield, Sturgis, Mich.; a daughter, Carol Arnold, Fayetteville; a brother, the Rev. Raymond Barfield, Marietta; and four grandchildren. Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge.
