State can't have it both ways: Reinstate golf cart tax credit

I'm not a lawyer and therefore

am not offering any legal advice, but I think that everyone who owns an

electric cart in the state of Georgia ought to be able to claim this credit.

Maybe someone at your paper could look into this aspect of the court ruling

and write an article about it.

Since I don't own a golf cart

I have no personal interest in this issue.
