Spikes honored

for his dedication

Piccadilly Cafeterias

recognized one of their own in celebrating the 20th anniversary of Johnny

Spikes, chef at the Fayetteville location.

Spikes originally

joined the Piccadilly family June 11, 1983.

"Reaching

a 20th anniversary is a special accomplishment," said general manager

Frank Poss. "Johnny has always been a loyal employee and never misses

work. Basically, he is the perfect chef and employee."

Spikes attributes

his longevity with the company to the positive working environment within

the Piccadilly family. Beginning his career at Piccadilly as cook at the

Greenbriar Mall location, he soon moved up the ranks to chef.

"The anniversary

means a great deal to me. Piccadilly is great place to work and I've had

the chance to work with many good people," said Spikes. "I pride

myself on making sure that all my food looks and tastes good every time.

Piccadilly

is a leader in family dining restaurants and operates 200 locations in

the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic states. For more information, www.piccadilly.com.
