real estate agents with an annual three-day, motivational and educational

retreat at the Hilton Sandestin Resort in Destin, Fla. Known as the

Masters Conference, the company put extra sizzle into this year's event

to mark the conference's 10-year anniversary, celebrating Oscars style,

with "10 Years in a Starring Role."
