Having a fenced yard, I took
the dog home and have spent an inordinate amount of time trying to find
its owner. Somehow, I don't think the owner is spending any amount of
time looking for the dog! My last resort was calling Animal Control (a
very nice shelter, from my experience).
This is the second time we've
taken an animal in while jogging (and please, readers, I don't need any
letters telling me to stop jogging). Mr. and Ms. Lopez, we feel your pain,
and admire your kindness and willingness to care for the cat family!
