Swapping back and forth to
gain a car length or two, especially on the interstate, is far more dangerous
than using all lanes.
I don't know how many times
that I have witnessed an impatient driver change lanes dangerously maybe
10 times in five miles only to end up at the same light I do later.
It all comes from the same
problem we have with many other things: Selfishness along with some ignorance.
