The Fulton
County site, launched in December 2000, got a new look in 2002 using a
content management system to enable departments to post and manage their
own information. It is structured to make it easier for citizens to find
the services they are interested in. The site is co-managed by the Information
Technology and Communications departments.
NACo is a Washington,
D.C.-based advocacy group whose membership represents over 2,000 counties,
and over 80 percent of the U.S. population.
