Orientation
is not mandatory, but recommended for several reasons: 1) students receive
a tour and general orientation to the Clayton State campus; 2) students
are able to meet with their advisors and construct a course plan; 3) students
may register and pay for classes; 4) optional parent/spouse orientation
is offered at all New Student Sessions. All of these activities can take
place on the same day, making the registration process simple and more
convenient.
