Homestar Mortgage Services,

based in Paramus, N.J., announced the addition of Gina McNair Thater to

its Peachtree City team of professionals.

McNair Thater

has been hired as a loan originator, responsible for originating purchase

and refinance home mortgages, reporting directly into Southeast Operations

Manager, Greg Shumate. She was brought onto the Homestar team for her

extensive industry experience.

said.

Prior to joining

Homestar, McNair Thater held positions at a number of mortgage banking

institutions including HomeBanc, Wells Fargo, GMAC Mortgage, and Wachovia

Mortgage. While with Wells Fargo, McNair Thater was an integral part of

a team who opened the new Cobb office. She also assisted HomeBanc in opening

its Tampa, Fla. office.
