Vehicles for hire, gun range would need council approval

The new changes

also allow a firing range to be located in the M1 industrial zoning district,

also by special exception only.

The city has

had inquiries from persons who are considering locating such businesses

in the city, said Jahnee Prince, the city's director of planning and zoning.

Another change

would allow hotels to be developed only by special exception.
