"Our theme

this time was 'hero' because students at Booth are heroes for getting

sponsors and working over 200 math problems each to raise money for other

children," said math teacher Brenda Cannington.

The school's

top individual fundraiser was Clint Kimsey, who raised over $840.

St. Jude's

will use the proceeds to care for patients, conduct medical research and

house parents so that they can stay close to their children while they

are patients at the hospital.
