HBAF

is a nationwide nonprofit, non federally-funded organization created in

1992 to provide potential homebuyers with down payment assistance, as

well as pre and post purchase education. Free counseling is also available.

Gwinnett-based

Brayson Homes, which was founded in 1977, has sold over 7,000 new homes.

The company is active in Gwinnett, DeKalb, Cobb, South Fulton, Clayton,

Coweta, Newton, and Paulding County markets and will soon be building

in Henry and Douglas counties.

Homes represents one of only a few of the 13,000 builders in the more

than 20-year history of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program to receive

the prestigious Diamond Builder award for quality construction and customer

service.

The

company has earned awards in the prestigious Professionalism Competition

sponsored by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the Sales

& Marketing Council.
