Schlumper sets town hall meeting

Schlumper wishes

to receive feedback on this idea and others at the district meeting. In

order to have such a proposal on the ballot in March of 2004, legislators

would need to approve the concept in their current session.

Schlumper would

like for anyone who is unable to attend the meeting but would like to

comment on development issues in the fourth district to please email her
